WE SAVE YOUR HISTORY FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS
At The Heritage Archives, we know that one of the most important aspects of our service is ensuring that the messages you leave in your personal archive can be accessed whenever necessary, and this could mean in the event of you becoming incapacitated or in your absence. We also understand that you may want to leave some messages for a particular group, and other messages for specific individuals. Who and when, is entirely of your choosing. Who sees your message is under your control - please note that no one but you, not even our staff, has access to your data.
How we handle this is simple, and effective. As you create a new archive in our easy-to-use message uploading interface, a password is created for you. This password is free for you to distribute to your friends, family, or your attorney – to whomever you specifically designate to have access.
Because of the nature and sensitivity often involved with these matters, we at The Heritage Archives recommend that you notify these individuals shortly after creating your personal archive to ensure that they have the correct password, and possibly to instruct them at which event you'd like them to access these messages. Many of our clients use an attorney to distribute this information, but that is at your discretion.
Your data at The Heritage Archives is never destroyed. The integrity of your message is preserved, and maintained in perpetuity. Your data remains with us although there may not be any financial activity in your account.
At The Heritage Archives, we save your History for Future Generations.
